How should I pack a graphics card?

Anti-static bag first, then one to two inches of bubble wrap on every side, then a box with at least an inch of padding around that. Cards are heavy and the board flexes, so under-packing is the most common cause of damage in transit. Our free mailer includes everything.

Should I send the box, cables, or brackets?

Just the card. Original packaging and accessories are nice to have but don't change your offer, and leaving them out keeps the parcel smaller.

Do you buy dead or artifacting cards?

No — we only pay for cards that work. A card that won't POST, artifacts under load or has physical damage gets no offer, but if you're shipping other parts, put it in the box and we'll recycle it responsibly. If we grade a working card as faulty at inspection, you see the reason in a revised offer and can have it back free.

Do you buy cards that were used for mining?

We do. Mention it when you ship, but it doesn't lower the offer by itself — what matters is whether the card runs clean under load at inspection.
