Do you really pay for shipping?

Yes. Every accepted offer includes a prepaid USPS label. You can also request a free anti-static mailer with your label — we ship it to your address within one business day.

How should I pack a graphics card?

Slide the card into an anti-static bag, wrap it in 1–2 inches of bubble wrap on every side, and put it in a box with at least an inch of padding around the bubble layer. Our free mailer ships with all of this included.

Where do I drop the package?

Any USPS Post Office, UPS Store, or staffed drop-off counter that accepts USPS Ground Advantage will scan the label and take the box. No printer, no fees, no appointment.

When do I get paid?

Within 24 hours of your package being received and inspected, Monday–Friday. Inspections take less than an hour for single components.

What payment options are there?

Five: PayPal, mailed check, ACH bank deposit, Zelle, and Amazon gift card. You choose at checkout — you can change the payout method any time before your package arrives.

What if the inspection lowers my offer?

We email you with the revised number and the reason. You can accept it, or we send the part back at our expense — no questions asked.

Can I cancel my trade-in?

Yes, anytime before the package is received. After it arrives, you can still decline the revised offer if our inspection changes the price, and we'll return the part to you free.

What counts as 'broken'?

Anything that doesn't power on, has visibly damaged solder or pins, throws driver errors during stress tests, or has been opened past the factory seal in a way that voids resale. We still buy these — just at the 'broken' price tier.
