What counts as a custom quote?

Anything our instant form can't price on its own: crypto mining rigs, ITAD lots, pallets of mixed hardware, servers, workstations, laptops, Macs, custom PC builds, and any model that isn't in our catalog yet. If you're not sure, send the list — we'd rather look at it than have you guess.

Is there a minimum quantity?

Accepted Answer

No. A single unlisted server gets the same treatment as a pallet. Larger lots simply take a little longer to work through properly.

How do I send you my list?

Two ways, both on this page. Search and add items one at a time, or paste a list straight from a spreadsheet or inventory export — one product per line, any format. We recognise what we can and price the rest by hand.

Who pays for shipping?

Accepted Answer

We do, in the ordinary case — we email a prepaid label once you accept. On freight-sized lots where the cost is substantial, the quote shows it as a deduction so the number you see is the number you receive. Either way it's on the quote before you accept, never a surprise afterwards.

How long until I get a quote?

Within one business day. A person prices these by hand rather than a formula, which is what makes them worth having — larger lots can take a little longer.

How long does a quote stand?

Accepted Answer

The expiry is printed on the quote itself, typically a week. Hardware prices move, so we re-quote after that rather than hold a number we may not be able to honour. If your lot is already on its way, tell us and we'll hold the pricing.

Question 7

How do you pay me?

Accepted Answer

The same five ways as any other trade-in: PayPal, mailed check, ACH bank deposit, Zelle, or Amazon gift card. You pick at checkout and can change it any time before your hardware arrives.

Question 8

What happens after I accept a quote?

Accepted Answer

It becomes an ordinary order. You'll see it in your account alongside any other trade-in, with the quote attached, and we email a prepaid label straight away.

Question 9

What if the hardware isn't as described?

Accepted Answer

We contact you with a revised number and the reason for it before doing anything else. You can accept it, or decline and we ship everything back at our expense.

Question 10

Do you buy dead or incomplete hardware?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes — dead rigs, servers missing drives, boards with failed capacitors. Describe the condition honestly in your list and we'll price it accordingly. An accurate list gets a quote that survives inspection.
