RebootSemi buys used and new computing hardware outright — from a single graphics card sold by a consumer to a multi-rack GPU cluster coming out of a datacenter — tests it at its Katy, Texas warehouse, and returns it to service through resale. Revenue comes from the spread between acquisition and resale, not from listing fees or commissions.

The consumer trade-in service covers all 50 U.S. states and D.C., with sellers elsewhere quoted by hand. The enterprise side buys IT assets from businesses, datacenters, labs and colocation operators, and arranges de-racking, insured freight and data sanitization at its own cost.

RebootSemi is operated by RebootSemi LLC, a privately held Texas limited liability company. There is no public listing, and no securities are offered through this website.
