Do I need to include the Trident's external power brick?

Yes, if your model uses one. A Trident without its adapter cannot be tested as working and would be graded accordingly.

Do you buy MSI desktops with a failed graphics card?

Finding your MSI desktop's specs

The model name with its suffix, such as Aegis RS 14NUF-497US, is printed on the rear label and the box. MSI's product page for that suffix gives the exact processor, graphics card, memory and storage.

MSI Center shows the installed hardware on its system information page, and Task Manager's Performance tab does the same for any PC.

What to know before selling an MSI desktop

The graphics card will be an MSI Ventus, Gaming X or similar. Search the form by that name or by the chip; both reach the same offer.

A Trident is small enough to ship fully assembled, since its short graphics card is well supported. Choose Mini PC as the case size, and do not forget the power adapter if yours has one.

Aegis cases have protruding plastic fins that snap in transit. Wrap the front of the case generously and do not let it rest against the box wall.
