Do you need the original box, keyboard and mouse?

No. Any sturdy double-walled box with padding on every side is fine, and the bundled peripherals do not affect the offer.

My CyberPowerPC won't turn on. Can I still sell it?

Choose Broken as the condition and the form shows the offer for a non-working machine. Most dead prebuilts have a failed power supply or motherboard; if you can confirm that, a replacement power supply is often the cheaper route to selling it as working.

Finding your CyberPowerPC's specs

Retail CyberPowerPC machines carry a model number such as GXiVR8060A on a sticker on the back or side of the case and on the box. Searching that number returns the retailer's listing with the full specification.

These PCs are easy to upgrade and often have been. Check Task Manager's Performance tab for the processor, memory, drives and graphics card actually installed before you fill in the form.

What to know before selling a CyberPowerPC

Retail models of the same name changed parts from year to year, so two Gamer Xtreme VR towers can be several hundred dollars apart. The model name does not set the offer; the graphics card and processor do.

If you added a better graphics card after buying, enter the card that is in the machine now. If you kept the original card, you can sell it to us separately as a GPU.

The bundled keyboard and mouse add nothing to the offer. Leave them out of the box and keep the parcel lighter.
