Right here. Pick your category — GPU, CPU, RAM, SSD, workstation or AI GPU, server CPU or a complete PC — choose your exact model and condition, and the cash offer appears immediately. Shipping is free and payment goes out within 24 hours of inspection. ### What do you buy? Graphics cards (GeForce, Radeon and Arc), desktop and server processors, memory (desktop, laptop and ECC server DDR3 through DDR5), SSDs and NVMe drives, workstation GPUs, AI accelerators, complete desktop and gaming PCs, and multi-GPU mining rigs. For enterprise GPU servers and clusters, see our data center page. Anything that doesn't fit a category can go through a custom quote. ### How do I get an offer? Pick the category, search for your exact model, choose a condition, and the price appears immediately. No account, no photos, no waiting on a buyer. If you're selling several parts, add each one to the same order and they ship on one label. ### How are your prices set? From recent sold-listing data for that exact part, updated as the market moves. For graphics cards the price follows the GPU and memory configuration — a reference card and a premium triple-fan model of the same chip land on the same tier. For processors it's the exact SKU, and for memory and drives it's type, speed and capacity. ### How long is my offer good for? 10 days from the moment you accept it. Hardware prices move, so shipping inside that window is what guarantees the number you were quoted. Your ship-by date is on your confirmation email and in My Account, and if you need a few more days, write to us before it passes. ### What do the condition tiers mean? New means factory sealed and never opened. Used means it works — it powers on, is recognized by the system and runs under load without faults; normal wear is fine. Broken means it doesn't, or has physical damage: no POST, artifacting, dead fans, bent pins, cracked PCB, or a drive that fails its health check. We still buy broken parts, at the broken tier. ### My part isn't in your list. Can I still sell it? Yes. Use the custom quote form to describe it and we'll price it by hand, usually within one business day. That's also the right route for heavily modified hardware, engineering samples, and anything you're not sure how to classify. ### I'm not sure of the exact model. What should I do? On a graphics card the model is printed on the backplate or a sticker on the PCB; on a processor it's on the heat spreader; on memory and drives it's on the label. If you still can't tell, send us a couple of photos through the contact page and we'll identify it for you. ### Do you buy cards that were used for mining? We do and it doesn't automatically lower the tier. What matters is whether the card runs clean under load at inspection — a well-kept mining card grades the same as a well-kept gaming card. ### Do you buy water-cooled or modified cards? Yes, but tell us in the order notes. A card with the factory cooler reinstalled grades normally. A card with a water block still attached, a custom BIOS, or other modifications is priced by hand through a custom quote so there are no surprises at inspection. ### Do you buy laptops, consoles or phones? Consoles and phones, no. Laptops and their parts, yes — just not through the instant form. Laptop and mobile processors, memory and M.2 drives are all bought; send the laptop or the parts through a custom quote and we'll price them by hand. ## Shipping ### Do you really pay for shipping? Yes. Every accepted offer includes a prepaid shipping label — USPS Ground Advantage for most parts, UPS Ground for heavy shipments like complete desktop PCs. There's nothing to pay at the counter and nothing deducted from your offer. ### What is the free mailer, and should I request it? A padded anti-static mailer with the prepaid label already inside, sent to your address so you don't need your own packaging. Request it at checkout if you're selling a single card, processor, memory kit or drive and don't have a suitable box. We post it within one business day and it arrives in 2–4 business days. If you have a sturdy box already, choose the label instead — it lands in your inbox within minutes. ### How should I pack a graphics card? Anti-static bag first. Then one to two inches of bubble wrap on every side, corners especially, inside a rigid box with at least an inch of padding around the bubble layer. The card should not move when you shake the box. Our packing guide walks through it step by step, including a separate guide for shipping a whole PC. ### How should I pack a complete desktop PC? Remove the graphics card and pack it separately in the same box — a heavy card tears its slot out in transit. Take off large tower air coolers too. Fill the inside of the case with bubble wrap or foam so nothing shifts, tape the side panels shut, bag the tower, and double-box it with two inches of padding on every side. Desktop PCs ship on a UPS Ground label sized for the larger box. ### Where do I drop the package off? Hand it to a person at any USPS Post Office or staffed counter for a USPS label, or any UPS Store or UPS counter for a UPS label, so it's scanned on the spot. Please don't leave it in a blue mailbox or unattended drop box — an unscanned package is one we can't track for you. ### Should I include the original box, cables or brackets? Only the part itself. Original packaging and accessories don't change your offer, and leaving them out keeps the parcel smaller and lighter. If a card came with a support bracket or the drive with a caddy, keep them. ### Can I send several parts in one shipment? Yes, and you should. Add each part to the same order and we quote them together, ship one label sized for the whole parcel, inspect them together, and pay out in one payment. ### Is my package insured? Yes. Every label we issue is insured in transit. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we handle the carrier claim — you won't be left chasing the carrier yourself. ### Do you accept international sellers? Yes we do. Please contact us for a quote and we will arrange shipping. ## Payments ### When do I get paid? Within 24 hours of your package arriving and passing inspection, Monday through Friday. Packages are inspected the same business day they land, so most sellers are paid the day after we receive the box. ### What payment options are there? Zelle, PayPal, USDC, or a mailed check. Zelle, PayPal and USDC are sent the same day your payment is issued; a check goes out by mail and typically arrives within five business days. USDC is paid to the wallet and network you enter at checkout. You choose at checkout and the details are shown on your order in My Account. ### Are there any fees? None. No commission, no listing fee, no shipping deduction, no payment-processing fee. The number you accept is the number you're paid. ### How long does the whole process take? Typically two to four days from accepting the offer to money in your account, and most of that is transit. Print the label the day you accept and hand the package to your carrier, and the inspection and payout happen within a business day of it arriving. ### Do you pay more for bulk? For larger lots, yes — quantity pricing is set by hand rather than by the instant catalog. Use the bulk quote form for ten or more parts, or the data center page for servers, nodes and clusters. ### Can I change my payout method after I've ordered? Yes, any time before your package arrives. Reply to your confirmation email or send us a message with the order number and the method you'd like instead. ## Inspection ### What happens when my package arrives? We check the item against your order, then test it: graphics cards run under load, processors are checked for bent pins and booted, memory is tested, and drives get a full health check. If everything matches what you selected, payment goes out within 24 hours. You get an email at each step — label sent, in transit, received, and paid. ### What if the inspection lowers my offer? We email you a revised offer that says exactly what we found, item by item. You choose per item: accept the new price, or have it sent back to you free of charge. We hold everything for ten days while you decide, and nothing is paid, kept or recycled until you've answered. ### Can I cancel my trade-in? Yes, any time before the package is received — just don't ship it, or write to us and we'll close the order. After it arrives, you can still decline a revised offer and we'll return the part at our expense. ### What counts as 'broken'? Anything that doesn't power on, isn't detected by the system, artifacts or errors under load, has bent or damaged pins, visible PCB or solder damage, dead fans, or a drive that fails its health check. We still buy broken parts, at the broken tier, and the reason is always stated in your revised offer if we grade something differently than you did. ### What if you find something I wasn't aware of? You'll see it in the revised-offer email with the inspection notes, and you can decline and have the part back at no cost. Common surprises are a fan that only fails under sustained load, a memory error a quick boot doesn't catch, or a drive with reallocated sectors. None of them are held against you — they just move the tier. ### Should I wipe my drive before shipping? Yes, please. Back up what you need, then do a full erase — a secure erase from the manufacturer's tool, or a fresh format at minimum. Drives are checked and erased as part of our intake before anything is resold, but your data should never leave your hands in the first place. ## Bulk & data center ### Do you buy in bulk? Yes. Ten or more of anything, mixed lots, and whole builds go through the bulk quote form and are priced by hand with quantity pricing. Servers, GPU nodes and clusters go through the data center page, where the process is built around manifests, freight and NDAs rather than USPS labels. ### How does a data center sale work? Send a manifest — model list, node counts and condition; spreadsheets and asset-management exports are fine. You receive an itemized offer within one business day, locked for 14 days. We handle de-racking, packing, palletization and insured freight at our cost for lots over $5,000, and pay by ACH or wire within three business days of intake with a serialized audit of everything received. ### Can you sign an NDA before I share inventory? Yes. Ask in the request and we'll send one over before you send a single serial number. We also support W-9s, certificates of insurance and purchase-order transactions. ### What about data on the servers? Drive erasure is available on request, and if the media can't leave your site we quote the systems driveless. Every serial is logged at intake so you have an audit trail of what was received and what happened to it. ## Account & security ### Do I need an account? Not to see a price. An account is created when you accept an offer, so we can send your label, hold your ship-by date and track your payout. It also keeps your quote history for next time. ### How do I track my trade-in? My Account shows the live status of every order — label sent, in transit, received, paid — along with the tracking number and your payout details. You also get an email at each step, so you don't need to check. ### Is it safe to sell to you? You're dealing with one buyer with a fixed price, not a marketplace of strangers. There's no bidding, no chargebacks, no meeting anyone, and no fees. Your shipment is insured, every step is confirmed by email, and if we ever grade something differently than you did, the part comes back to you free. ## Key pages - Instant offer: https://www.rebootsemi.com/ - How it works: https://www.rebootsemi.com/how-it-works/ - FAQ: https://www.rebootsemi.com/faq/ - Compare with marketplaces and other buyback services: https://www.rebootsemi.com/compare/ - Sell hub: https://www.rebootsemi.com/sell/ - GPU: https://www.rebootsemi.com/sell/gpu/ · CPU: https://www.rebootsemi.com/sell/cpu/ · RAM: https://www.rebootsemi.com/sell/ram/ · SSD: https://www.rebootsemi.com/sell/ssd/ - Workstation GPU: https://www.rebootsemi.com/sell/workstation-gpu/ · AI accelerator: https://www.rebootsemi.com/sell/ai-accelerator/ · Server CPU: https://www.rebootsemi.com/sell/server-cpu/ - Gaming or desktop PC: https://www.rebootsemi.com/sell/gaming-pc/ · Mining rig: https://www.rebootsemi.com/sell/crypto-mining-rig/ - Enterprise GPU servers and clusters: https://www.rebootsemi.com/sell/gpu-servers/ - Bulk quote: https://www.rebootsemi.com/bulk-quote/ · Custom quote: https://www.rebootsemi.com/sell/custom-quote/ - Per-model pages at https://www.rebootsemi.com/sell/// carry that model's three condition-tier prices. - About: https://www.rebootsemi.com/about/ · Contact: https://www.rebootsemi.com/contact/ · Terms: https://www.rebootsemi.com/terms/ · Privacy: https://www.rebootsemi.com/privacy/
